How do I make payment?

All payment should be made to Bank of St. Lucia account number………….. Name on the account: All in a basket SLU. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required when order is placed.

What if I am not satisfied with my order?

Just let us know. If you or the recipient is not completely satisfied with the order, a credit will be issued.

May I choose a specific day for delivery?

A.

You may choose any specific day for delivery bearing in mind the $10 additional fee for Sunday deliveries.

Can how quickly can a basket be delivered?

A.

Orders should be placed at least 24 hours before. However orders placed before 12pm Monday-Saturday can be delivered on the same day. Sunday deliveries are done at an additional cost of $10.

Can I cancel or change my order?

A.

If you would like to change or cancel your order call us right away. However if your order has already been prepared for delivery we will be unable to make any changes. Cancellation would result in a loss of your deposit.

What are your hours of operation?

A.

All in a basket has a 24 hour online service. However, if you prefer not to order online, you may place an order by phone between the hours of 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and 9 am-2 pm on weekends. (Telephone number).
